Beginning with a free 1 hour planning consultation, we work with you to discover your requirements and ensure your project meets your expectations and that everything runs smoothly. Every new build home needs a solid foundation, we manage all groundworks including drainage, foundations and building footings to damp proof course. The build can then be taken to roof height incorporating all openings for windows and doors and any additional details required. The roof structure is then made before being made water-tight and ready for first fix of services. 

Getting the job done

As part of any agreed contract we will recommend trusted tradesmen to carry out any additional services including plumbing, joinery and electrical works. Any plastering/rendering and second fix of services is then completed ready for decorating and project completion.

During the new build we will work closely with building control to ensure each stage meets british building standards.
